Candlelight Homes
Limited Warranty

During the first year of ownership, your new home is covered by the Candlelight Homes Limited Warranty. The details of this warranty are included in the downloadable Homeowner’s Manual emailed to you (also provided on a USB) when you close on your home. The performance standards contained within the manual represent the basis of our commitment of service to you, and explain what items are warrantable and the procedure for requesting warranty service.

Our goal is to exceed your expectations, so please take the time to review the guide thoroughly. It will help you determine if your request is covered, or if it is the homeowner’s responsibility. Additionally, the important tips, helpful suggestions, and maintenance directions contained in the manual will help you preserve the life and quality of your new home. Submitting a Warranty Claim to Candlelight Homes

To submit a warranty claim, please click the link below and sign into your account. Your Homeowner’s Manual has more information about how and when to submit a claim. Please remember to create a separate claim for each issue.

When your claim has been submitted, our Warranty Department will automatically be notified. We will process the claim by notifying the appropriate subcontractor. Each subcontractor will contact you directly to set up an appointment for the repairs needed.
