I'M INTERESTED IN BUYING A HOUSE. WHERE DO I START?

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN MOVE INTO MY NEW HOME?

When you choose your lot and build from the ground up, your home will take about six months from start to finish. Can’t wait?  We always build a select number of beautiful, professionally designed homes ready for quick move-in.

IS IT HARDER TO GET A LOAN FOR A NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME VERSUS AN OLDER EXISTING HOME?

No. New construction homes offer modern floor plans, are more energy efficient, require less maintenance, and can be personalized to suit your individual style.  Locally owned and operated, Candlelight Homes has been helping customers navigate the buying and building process for nearly 20 years and follows a simple, proven program that takes the mystery out of financing new construction loans.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?

Yes!  Unlike most homebuilders who only offer their private in-house mortgage company, we have partnered with 3 expert local lenders with unbeatable customer service.  Northpointe Bank, First Colony, and Guild Mortgage have a variety of lending programs and offers, like up to $20,000 in Utah Housing Corporation’s First-time Homebuyer assistance.  Need help with closing costs?  Candlelight Homes offers up to $10,000 towards closing costs for single-family homes and up to $8,000 for townhomes. DO YOU HAVE INTERIOR DESIGNERS TO HELP SELECT HOME MATERIALS AND FINISHES?

Yes!  We offer free design assistance through our dedicated design center, Carpet Diem. Our experienced consultants guide you through the process of selecting finishes, fixtures, and upgrades, ensuring that every detail is personalized to reflect your individual style and preferences.

WHAT MAKES FIREFLY DIFFERENT?

Firefly is the community built for kids!  The entire neighborhood is designed to encourage kids to willingly ditch their devices for a life of activity and adventure. We have the region’s only full-time Activities Director, who organizes a range of activities and events for kids of all ages in Firefly. ARE THERE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION (HOA) FEES IN FIREFLY?

 Yes. Homeowners’ Association (HOA) fees cover the cost to build and maintain amenities and common areas, and to provide community services.  But you won’t believe how low the monthly dues are for all you get at Firefly!
