The Cortina floor plan is our most popular two-story plan, and for good reason! It features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a spacious main floor. A formal living room is perfectly placed to the side of the entryway, and the large great room offers a semi-formal dining room and kitchen island. On the second floor, a large master bedroom with walk-in closet is separated from the other bedrooms by a laundry room and bathroom.
