Over the last 25 years, Development Associates Inc (DAI) has been a pioneering force in the successful development of the Wasatch Front. Established in 1991, DAI and its founders sought to create home communities where people can live, grow, and create memories with their families. In pursuit of that endeavor, the founders of DAI created the home builder Candlelight Homes and established over 8,000 acres of new home developments that create safe, connected, and vibrant places to live throughout Utah.
