Candlelight Homes Sells 93% of Homesites in One Day

(South Jordan, Utah) June 7th, 2015 Last weekend, Candlelight Homes released a new phase in Evans Ranch, an upscale fitness community in Eagle Mountain. During the Grand Release event, an impressive 93% of all homesites were sold in just one day! Attendees lined up to be the first homeowners in this phase of the community, which offers exciting outdoor amenities such as parks, trails, and recreational outlets. Evans Ranch features contemporary, traditional, and craftsman-style homes.

Homes in this beautiful community start from the mid $200s. As always, every Candlelight home includes Smart Home technology, which allows homeowners to control their home from their phone. Turn on the lights, arm the security system, access the front porch camera, and adjust the thermostat – all with the touch of a button.

To keep up with the demand, additional homesites have just been released for sale. Contact Candlelight’s New Home Specialist at 801-960-2751 to receive a community map with the most up-to-date information!
