You make the choice! While most builders limit your options, we allow you to customize your favorite Candlelight floor plan exactly the way you want it for free.
That means you get to personally sit down with an architect to customize your castle for absolutely NO extra charge. That's right, we treat you like Kings & Queens here at Candlelight Homes.
Below are the 6 simple steps to building your very own custom Candlelight castle:
1. Cookie-cutter or Custom?
Select the Candlelight Homes' floor plan that best meets your needs. If you already have a plan, we can build that too!
2. Sit down one-on-one with our Architect to customize your floor plan. Most builders charge you to do this and then they charge you even more for going custom. With Candlelight, we charge you nothing, nada, zip, zero, zilch!
3. Candlelight Homes will provide you with an exact cost to build the castle of your dreams. We fully expect you to be pleasantly surprised with the attractive price of your new custom castle.
4. Visit our design center to select all of your options & upgrades with a private design consultant. You will personally select everything, including:
• Exterior design & color
• Counter tops
• Paint colors
• Flooring
• Cabinets
• etc
5. Your new castle will be build in approximately 90 days from the day we break ground.
6. Move into your new Candlelight Castle
and live happily ever after.
