Why choose Evans Ranch?
Evans Ranch is a beautifully designed, master-planned community featuring meandering streets and walkways that connect nearly 23 acres of parks and trails throughout the neighborhood. Each of these 297 upscale homesites undulate with the landscape and feature small, distinctive driveways, keeping the focus on the surrounding beauty.  In addition to the trail system, Evans Ranch includes a playground and sitting areas, making it a great environment for entertaining the family and connecting with the environment. As part of the future townhome development, the grounds will be equipped with a pool, pavilion, and central playground for those residents to enjoy.

What’s around?
Located northwest of Lake Mountain and west of Utah Lake, Evans Ranch is perfectly situated between Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain. With easy access to Redwood Road and Pioneer Crossing, the commute to American Fork or Lehi is less than 20 minutes, making it an excellent location to put down roots. There is also a wide range of shopping and entertainment at Thanksgiving Point, The Outlets at Traverse Mountain, and Seven Peaks Fun Center. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, there are a number of quality trails within 10 minutes of the community, including the Jordan River Parkway connecting Salt Lake and Utah Lake through 15 cities, and the Utah Lake Parkway Trail, which has almost 50 paved miles that wrap around the north side of Utah Lake. The Mountain Ranch Bike Park is also only a few minutes away and includes 30 acres of tracks and trails, jump lines, and a skills area with 200 yards of wood features. There is something for everyone in Eagle Mountain!

About Eagle Mountain
Eagle Mountain city is centrally located 40 miles south of Salt Lake and 30 miles north of Provo. Since its incorporation in 1996, the population has grown exponentially with a current population of about 30,000 residents. However, the city is the third largest in Utah geographically, covering almost 42 square miles. With such a large area, there is never a shortage of open space. The city has built four regional parks and 35 neighborhood parks, and has more than 30 miles of jogging, biking, and equestrian trails, creating connections between Eagle Mountain’s residential developments. There are even trails for OHV activities at Five Mile Pass, a recreational area rich with history. To foster a sense of neighborhood pride, Eagle Mountain hosts a number of community events including a pageant, safety program, and Pony Express days, an annual festival which celebrates historical ties to the Pony Express Trail.
